Amazing office and staff! 10/10
I can not say enough good about Dr Lewis and staff. They deserve gratitude for their countless hours they put in with compassion. They do put up with alot, a Dr and staff should not have to do that. I know they strive to do their absolute very best. Arkansas primary care is very professional . My opinion is very strong about this. They deserve praise and compliments not negative feedback
Dr Lewis is a fantastic Dr but the staff…I have had nothing but trouble with the staff. Fighting to get my med refills, being overcharged for services and the rip off of renewing a medical card. Also, be prepared to wait for hours to get into a room, 2 hours after my scheduled appointment before I was called. I’ll never come to this practice again.
"I just tried to make a new patient appt and I was told I needed to come in to fill out paperwork and give insurance. Then wait to be called to schedule an appt. Once called, the appt would be a week out. Not sure what or why this is the procedure. I am not going to come into an office just to complete paperwork that can be done online or via google docs or some other platform. I am not going to wait to be called for an appt after that when that process could very much be a long wait. I am pretty sure we live in the 21st cen... read more
The most unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy admin staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Lewis is the only redeeming thing about this practice. If it wasn’t for him, I would have found another PCP a long time ago.
