Amazing work!
Wonderful friendly staff, always respond within a couple hours or less any messages with questions I have sent and Dr Bauer is professional yet personal and does not rush the process to make sure healing is complete
During my breast reduction consultation, I stated that I wanted to reduce to an A–B cup. In response, the surgeon asked if I was “trying to get a mastectomy.” This comment felt dismissive and inappropriate, and it was especially troubling given that I am a masculine-presenting woman who is comfortable in my identity as a woman. The remark felt like an assumption about my identity rather than a respectful discussion of my stated medical goals, and it made me feel uncomfortable and not taken seriously as a patient.
Dr. Bauer is Awesome. His staff is great. They make you feel comfortable. They are kind and considerate. They take phone calls or call you back. So they are easy to communicate with. My experience was perfect.
Ur staff seems pretty rude. Change that. Give her some Support and schooling in comunication besides she should be able to as health Care worker.#mc....
