I have been taking my daughter to a APC since she was an infant. I have never once had a bad experience here. I just visited their new location for the first time yesterday in Bryant and it was smooth and easy and pleasant. Dr. Duke is wonderful as always, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t take my baby girl anywhere else.
10/10 best pediatrician around! We absolutely love Dr. Duke. He and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond time and time again to make sure my three boys are taken care of. If you want a pediatric clinic that will listen, take all of your concerns seriously, and even go the extra mile to return calls after-hours, look no further! The doctors are ok I guess I like central pediatric clinic better it’s also located in Bryant this is my second time here the first time was ok it just took a really long time to be seen so if you schedule an appointment here make sure you don’t have any other plans for the day. It’s the same thing again we have been here 45 mins & still haven’t been seen so while I’m patiently waiting I had time to type this. I do not recommend this clinic. They gave my daughter a wrong vaccine and blamed it on a computer glitch. With multiple checks in place this is difficult to believe. Thankfully it did not harm my daughter but the outcome could have been worse. In addition, an APRN or physician never called to make sure my daughter was okay. After a mistake like they made I would have thought it would have been handled better and not just a placed on a nurse to handle.
