I've had several of my sons appointments go where he isnt seen at all the lobby is usually not full and patients that areive lomg after me and my son do they get seen within minutes meanwhile I'm waiting at least 2 hours to maybe get called back or not. Not a place to recommend for anything at this clinic unless you are willing to free up several hours of your day only to be seen a few minutes
I haven't even been here yet but the reason they're getting one star is because I called a week and a half ago and they said I knew the referral so I let my primary care know. Then I talk to my insurance and I don't need a referral! But they have yet to even call me back! I've had this earache for going on 3 weeks now. I have been to the emergency room my primary care physician and then put on hold for the ear nose and throat! This is absolutely unacceptable. Karie made me an appt. She was so helpful and so kind. She also informed me it is a good idea to get my ears cleaned before my appt.
