I received a bill around 4 months after the date of services after paying in full before the appointment. I have called and was told that the doctor over my case took more time than what was quoted. When I asked to talk with my doctor so they could explain what took them so long, I was told that the doctor in question was no longer employed with them. I was very disappointed in the service a family member received. I’m not evaluating a diagnosis or professional execution as much as I am the actual service they provide. They are very smug and flipped when you have a questions and unwilling to adjust to the needs of their clients. There were several things in their evaluations that were factually inaccurate. When those issues were raised though it was obvious there was a refusal to make any adjustments or corrections. I will definitely not use them again. *****update ******... read more
