Run from the places.
Waited 3 months to have my husband's first appointment to hear what the scary brainscan results mean. When we get there, his appointment was cancelled due to "missing the automated double confirmation of appointment call" so now we drive an hour back home from the city to tell our crying daughter we now have to wait 6 more weeks. We've all been worried for months wondering what is wrong. This Is Immorally Wrong!! To do to a patient and their loved ones!
They are very hateful people in the office when trying to do appointments. My son had to wait 2 months to get into this clinic and they called the day before appointment and canceled it because of a mix up on his Medicaid PCP. Lady was very rude talking to me and so I hung up on her so I could fix the problem which I did fix it within an hour and called back to tell them I fixed the problem and they told me his appointment had been given to someone else.
