When my Nana first mentioned Neurofeedback, I had no idea what it was. I had opened up to her about how much my anxiety was impacting my health, relationships, studies, and overall ability to manage stress during grad school. She recommended I try a place called Arkansas Neurofeedback, and while I was skeptical after my first session because my anxiety felt too overwhelming to be helped, my grandparents encouraged me to stick with it and generously gifted me a 10-session package. If you are looking for relief from PTSD, look no further. After a car accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury- I felt like there was some impending doom every time I sat behind the wheel of a car. I really could feel a difference after a few sessions. After the tenth session, I noticed the intrusive thoughts about new accidents were gone and I didn't have anxiety about weather events or cravings for sugar. So much as changed for the better. Susan is an encourager and has a very kind spirit. I would recommend you t... read more

This is the craziest thing I've ever done, but SOOO worth it! I took a quiz at the beginning before I started the Neurofeedback and just took a quiz again after 10 visits. WOWERS the difference between then and now. I'm not quite sure how it works, but it is definitely making big changes in my life. I was blown away at my results and how much I have gotten on track since starting the treatments. Ms. Susan is AMAZING and I love visiting with her each week, as well. If you have any doubts, try one treatment. BEST NAP EVER!! HI... read more

I’ve been working with Susan for a while, and her kindness, humility, and genuine care have been key to my healing. Struggling with a neurological condition that keeps my sympathetic nervous system in constant "fight or flight" mode, I’ve experienced heightened stress and anxiety. Yet, Susan has created a supportive, welcoming space that has made a huge difference in my journey. Her attentive approach and expertise have helped me feel calmer and more balanced. I’m incredibly grateful for her impact on my healing and highly r... read more
