Awesome Gym! Has everything you need to put on some serious BEEF 🥩!!! Very well planned and thought out. I travel all over the country for work and make it a habit to visit different gyms. This one is definitely top of the list for Arkansas hands down. Stop by. You won’t be disappointed! I spoke with the manager for a while but can’t remember his name. Really great guy though and designs some epic T-shirts!
It's a great place to workout
Not a local but this is always my gym stop when in the area. Great options for all kinds of strength training and bodybuilding.
