Man! God is so good to me!! Jere Sandberg and Tim at #southwestwindowsanddoors did an excellent job installing my door and windows but they found live termites!! I called 3 pest control companies, each said an estimator could come in 2 days but couldn't tell me when they could spray. If I couldn't get it sprayed, they couldn't finish the job, but Jere and Tim continued to work around the problem. I started praying for help. God is so faithful. I hired Arkansas Home Improvement for a roof leak repair, and it turned into a nightmare. The crew showed up late, left shingles scattered across my yard, and the patch they applied started leaking again after the first rain. They used mismatched materials that look terrible from the street, and when I called to complain, they ignored my messages and never returned to fix it. I’m now facing water damage inside my home and a huge repair bill. Would not recommend for any roofing work.
