Horrible experience waited in the waiting room for an hour just to be put in a room for three hours and they said they were busy but u could see nurses walking around talking to each other

From the receptionist to the nurses performing my heart cath yesterday, my stress test went smoothly, I didn't know what to expect, but calmed down and it was a pleasurable experience.. Thank you all for making a scary experience not so bad at all!!

No! Had my bariatric surgery done here in Oct 24 and since then I cant hold food down in 2 years. If it isn't liquid it cramps and double over in pain and puke it up. This one doctor has done 6 surgerys and still can't get it right. Bit of advice.. research your doctors then go some place else for your bariatric surgery. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. I will say this. I am not the only one like this and I am sure I will not be the last. We have had the best experience today on 6/11/2026. My dad had a procedure today. Front desk lady (wish they had more of her at every front desk across the world) was exceptionally sweet. The nurses in the back were very pleasant. The dr explained what he had done. We were sent upstairs for a 4 hour recovery. The nurses upstairs were very pleasant as well. I love the bariatric clinic, Dr Bledsoe and his team but the ER is a different story. I had to go there tonight after having surgery 2 weeks ago and I had the rudest nurse her name was Angela she wouldn't let my mom come back there with me even though other people had their spouse or their loved one with them and she was rude to my 72 year old mother, threatened to call Security on her when my mother did not even raise her voice to her.
