Id give this place no stars if I could! I hope UAMS improves this place. Most the Nurses are rude and cold..you aren’t even allowed to see your spouse (in my case) or loved one in recovery once they are awake and you then get told their room only to go up and be kicked out of it and sent to waiting area waaay down the hall til they situate him even if you are the only one there waiting. My mother was recently in the hospital at Encore. I wanted to post something to sincerely thank a very special young lady that was AMAZING. Her name is Latonya Collier, 2nd floor, 2E POD (yes, I asked for her information🩷). I think she deserves recognition for her outstanding job she did helping take care of my mother and answering any questions we had - Thank You, Latonya💘 you made a difference

I was in there this evening and have to stay for three days minimum and I’ve been in the ER several times as it is very close to my home and I have an autoimmune disease so I’ve been there quite a few times in the past and I’ve always had great experiences there, but tonight has been the most pleasant experience due to my nurse Sam W. She is the sweetest, most knowledgeable nurse I’ve ever had in all of my experiences and all of the hospitals in the central Arkansas area. I wish she was my nurse every single time. Horrible experience waited in the waiting room for an hour just to be put in a room for three hours and they said they were busy but u could see nurses walking around talking to each other
