This place does not care about it's patients. My father was a patient here and kept him till it was to late to help him then shipped him to the Little Rock heart hospital to die.

This place is both awful and incompetent. There is nothing “heart” or “hospital” about the Benton location. It does not provide competent, compassionate care. Do not allow yourself or your loved ones to be admitted here. However, I am thankful for one exceptional nurse—Melissa. For heart-related issues, Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock is the place to go.

I had a gastric sleeve done Dec 4th, 2025. I could ask for better service and working relationship with Dr. Bledsoe and the crew there. The place was super clean as well.

One of the worst hospitals I ever went to. The night receptionist seems nonchalant and didnt want to be bothered. She was very bias because I explained to her that my chest is hurting and I wouldn’t stop vomitting. She proceeded to type on the computer after closing window in my face, stating they will be with you shortly.A Caucasian man came through the doors, she frequently checked on him asking is he ok and I was the one complaining of chest pain. I immediately felt like I was in a great place. I was treated very well. The nurses were very professional and attentive. I even had one nurse pray for me. That meant a lot. I felt like they truly cared. I will definitely go back if ever needed. Thank you Encore and staff.
