My husband went in Saturday night with stroke symptoms. We made it to the hospital within an hour of the first symptom. They did not administer the clot busting shot when he went in not a MRI. The next morning he was discharged with worsening symptoms. We went to CHI on Tuesday where he was admitted. All tests show an acute stroke. Maybe if they had administered that we wouldn’t be looking at months of rehab.

Clean facility, care is excellent and the staff is super nice and actually listen to you as if you were a human being in distress. As a quadriplegic, they made sure I was comfortable, treated my symptoms, and even fed me a choice of four different things plus a Dr. Pepper and cookies n cream cake for dessert. My new favorite Emergency Room!!! Dr. Hearne (I hope I'm spelling that right) kept me informed with updates and status of my blood work, test results, and treated my chronic pain. Staff was nice and listened to my concerns. They worked to alleviate my fears of the tests being performed.

I was there yesterday for a PET Scan! Was welcomed as I came in, was checked in in a timely manner. Only waited bout 15 min or so to be taken back for my scan. All staff were polite and positive! I was treated very good by all I came in contact with. I came up from Eldorado, Ark. Over a 2 hour drive one way to get my scan. Staff made sure I was feeling ok before I headed back Thank you

This place does not care about it's patients. My father was a patient here and kept him till it was to late to help him then shipped him to the Little Rock heart hospital to die.
