I immediately felt like I was in a great place. I was treated very well. The nurses were very professional and attentive. I even had one nurse pray for me. That meant a lot. I felt like they truly cared. I will definitely go back if ever needed. Thank you Encore and staff.

0 if I could ...... I read reviews and saw they were not good, but we had good luck in LR and the Encore was closer, so we decided to give them benefit of the doubt. HUGE MISTAKE. I took my daughter in for upper back and chest pain, which was causing difficulty breathing. She's normally healthy, no drug or health issues. They had 1 person in waiting area at 11:30 am Monday, took us right in; took her BP and urine spec, ordered an X-ray and placed in a room. 1-1/2 hours LATER, I asked the Dr about something for her pain, and ... read more

An absolute pain with their MRI department. They are not friendly and very rude.

My sister was in there for a week with heart failure and not one heart Dr. came to see her until she requested to be transferred to another hospital. She never got better in fact got worse while in the care of that hospital. I would not take anyone you care for to that hospital. I'm so glad we were able to get her to Baptist Health they have taken great care of her with a team of heart failure Doctors with top notch nurses. Please Please do not waste time going to Heart Hospital encore in Bryant.

i don't usually leave reviews but my experience at the ER was horrible, i went in because i was suspecting i was having a miscarriage (i have a history have early stage miscarriages) i told the ER staff my concern and they had no urgency at all!! i only saw the doctor once the whole six hours i was there the lady who did my ultrasound was very rude and very rough and didn't answer any of my concerns i was having, none of the nurses were checking up on me or giving me answers to any of my questions either when i would ask for... read more
