The doctors, nurses, APRN’s, PA’s and all support staff really are the best around. Professional while being friendly, thorough, knowledgable, kind and supportive. Amazing care!
Went into the emergency room this weekend with chest pains and all. Most of the staff was wonderful, with the exception of one gray haired temper tantrum of a nurse. Old lady, gray hair, glasses. I was in serious pain and she made my time there when she was around absolutely miserable, when my mother politely asked if the heart monitor could be rotated slightly so she could see it while waiting in the room, she called my mother crazy. I am a patient of Dr. Leding and am very pleased with him as my Cardiologist. My husband is also a patient. The problem is the clinic in general, I needed to speak with someone in his office and was on hold for 15 minutes just for someone to answer the call then when questioned why I was calling was put on hold for another 10 minutes for the person to determine who I needed to speak with in the office and then finally transferred my call to Dr. Leding’s scheduler and had to leave a message for a return call.
