My husband had a Heart Attack 7/12/2025. He received a stent for blockage and had excellent care. The billing, accounting, is terrible. It has been an awful experience dealing with them. I had a conference call w/ my insurance Cigna & Heart Hospital representative on Jan 2,2026 to try and get direct answers. We had been paying on bill & were told it was in full & money owed back to us for over payment. The amount then went " under review from Heart Hospital. My mother went to Ar Heart Hospital in Little Rock, AR for a procedure. We were treated very kindly by all of the staff. The nurses were quick & efficient and appeared to be very knowledgeable about their responsibilities. Before the procedure we had a visit from Chaplain Shelby. His kind words & genuine concern were very uplifting. His prayer for my mother’s wellbeing was very much appreciated. His visit was definitely the highlight of our morning.
