I am a new patient referred from Dr. Lendel to Dr Lo. 2 weeks ago, Lottie called from Dr Lo's office to go over new patient paperwork. I called the next day and since left her 6 messages. I have called the front office after waiting 45 min to leave a message. I have called Dr Lendel's office 4 times and left messages. i called the hospital administrator desperate to get someone, left message for Amanda. NO return call. What is going on at the Heart Hospital?

I wish there was people that have had bad experiences with Doctor Bledsoe would write about their experiences with their surgery and with the hospital staff. I was kept for over ten days and told them I was leaving without their permission that they needed to take the IV lines out or we were going to take them out on our own. We felt like if I stayed any longer I was going to die my blood pressure was dropping down way to low and I had to ask them to check my sugar and it was so low they had to push sugar in my IV I was fall... read more

I went to this hospital's ER for what felt like a possible stroke. I was told I would need to wait until a bed was available. Two hours later, after watching several people taken back that arrived after me, I went to ask the lady at the desk how much longer might it be because my symptoms were getting worse. My husband came here for an ablation in 2017. Monica Lo was his admitting physician. He suffered a 21cm-long injury to the inside of his esophagus during the insertion of a TEE probe. Two days later he was transferred to another institution where he had emergency surgery to remove most of his esophagus because it was not salvageable. The entire time we were at the Heart Hospital, Monica Lo consistently and repeatedly denied any role in/knowledge of a difficult probe insertion. My husband was Monica Lo’s patient when he was severely injured during a TEE probe insertion. He suffered from pain and dysphagia for 2 days before he was transferred to a different institution with competent physicians, where he underwent emergency surgery to remove his esophagus. The surgeon said he had never seen an injury like that — a 21cm-long injury, with ischemic and necrotic tissue.
