I recently moved to this area and needed a new doctor. Dr Adams was on my Humana insurance list and close by. I called for an appointment, gave my insurance information, set up an appointment. I had to wait 30 days as I was a new patient. After 2 weeks I received new patient paperwork to fill out and bring with me to the appointment. The morning before my appointment the doctors office called to remind me and told me to be there 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I've been going to Dr Adams for 9 years and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking care. She is very attentive and addresses my concerns. I never feel rushed or like a number. She's not only smart but nice as well. Great doc!

The front desk is rude!! I came to my scheduled appointment and was told she was not in. I asked why no one had called to let me know( as I had taken off work to come to appointment) and very sharply the girl replied you’ll have to talk to her. Then I came back for a 7:30 appointment and the front desk girl says,” Dr. Adam’s doesn’t do 7:30 appointments anymore. “ I show her my card and her response was, you will have to talk to her.
