I recently took a Red Cross Instructor class from Heather in Little Rock for my job. Heather was incredibly professional and personal. She was so patient in handling all our questions. There was even a potentially awkward situation with a gentleman in our class and Heather was able to quickly diffuse and privately address the issue with the individual.
