This is the first weight loss journey that I have been on and not been miserable. Betsy, Libby, and the support of our class have been amazing. The meal replacements are enjoyable. The program offers flexibility. But most of all the support and encouragement make this program top notch!

I lost 40 lbs in 8 weeks with this program 5 years ago! I kept it off until the last 2 years when I was suffering through an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder. I've restarted the program without being super committed twice, but Betsy and Rebecca have always welcomed me back with open arms and support without any judgment. I hope to get this disorder in check and restart soon!
