Careless and shoddy work. Had 3 windows replaced. The inside of the double paned glass is covered in sealant and fingerprints. Its all closed up, so now that can never be cleaned and will always look gross. The worst part is with the other two windows in the bathroom. They broke the trim, discarded it in the floor, left more sealant goop all over the floor and bathtub, so I guess I'll have to take a razor blade to it to have it removed... not sure how to deal with the goop they dropped down the drain. Been 2 weeks of wanting shower door replaced. They were recommended to me but I'll never call them back nor will I recommended them. The girl who was supposed to help just tells me she is swamped. If I were you I'd look elsewhere first
I had some special cut laminated windows for a boat and they were wonderful to deal with. The price was reasonable. The personal help was exceptional. I highly recommend them for all of your glass and window needs.
I called this business to fix a business door and they put me off for two weeks and then came out and charged me 2.5 hours of labor for 20 minutes of work. That's just ripping people off.
