Contacted this company about a commercial door that we own that has a regular deadbolt, and we needed a keypad access lock instead. They said I needed to come in to order it. No problem. Went up there and as soon as you walk in you have to stand in a tiny box and wait for someone to walk over and see what you need. If it could be less than one star it would be… Our experience with Arkansas Glass was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a small, straightforward project turned into a long, drawn-out ordeal due to poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and sloppy workmanship.
