We stopped in to open a new CD acct. We did have to wait our turn, but it was not a long wait and the efficiency was impressive. Highly recommend AFCU for banking needs.
I hate that I've been here more than 2 years and I still have to pay 5 for a monthly checking. I've definitely given up now. Today on 9/15 I called at 805 am central standard time and im telling the lady I got pictures and screenshot of me having money in my account and I still got charged a ucf fee. It stated paid and I dont have that on my account at all. The lady says that the merchant forced it through. What!!! When can a merchant force something through and there are no funds there.
