I've been here twice, and upon each visit, I've had an excellent experience. You can tell that the people that work there have a knack for what they are doing. Melissa have me a tour if the place and made me feel like a part of the family. And seeing Dr Tina Nicols again made me feel the comfort a person needs to feel when you're having work done on your teeth. The staff is incredibly friendly. I was greeted the moment I walked into the front door. Given a tour of the facility. And I was given a welcome letter and gift. This was by far the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to. I mean the exam chairs were MASAGE chairs! Which took my aback but also really helped calm me. Very customer centered and focused. Dr. Pollard was amazing. Not only did they show they appreciated me and my business, they showed they were passionate about their professions and that they cared about their patients. Both the hygenist were amazing as well. Today I took my son in for dental treatment. The staff were super friendly and overly happy. One of the staff gave us a tour of the facility and made us feel really welcomed. My son was needing a root canal and they were able to fulfilled this task in the same day. He was happy to receive a lovely gift for choosing their facility for his dental care. Amanda was my nurse and she did an awesome job explaining everything from the payment plans to the work that needed to be done on me Jessica the receptionist was very polite and she made me feel welcomed my Dentist Dr. Mat did an awesome job as well explaining everything too I would highly recommended.
I have been coming to Dr. Nichols for 14 years and she is wonderful. I'm always taken care of from the time I enter the building until the time I leave and she really cares.
