Same place to hand in papers for medical Marijuana.
They are slow! What is the point of having an appointment if it isn't honored. Because I am a punctual person, I decided to be early. Just so happened to be very early. About an hour before appointment. Saw a few people come and go.. 40 minutes after our appointment she was finally taken back.
