My daughter had an appointment at Arkansas Children's Hospital last week. They knew we had a 4 hour drive to the hospital. Her appointment was in the morning so we had to leave afternoon before. They called and canceled her appointment right before closing. We just got to Little Rock. They said because of the gas we used and the inconvenience they would give us a gas card the next morning. Please do your child a favor and find a facility that cares enough to find the time to treat their problems. Our experience with Arkansas Children's Hospital has been very frustrating and very expensive, just to be right where we were in the beginning. We have been to multiple clinics, seen multiple doctors, and buried ourselves in debt, with no results, no diagnosis, and no answers. Appointments are several months apart (up to 9 months sometimes), and one doctor does not seem to know what the other is doing. It's disgusting... read more

Ladies at the cafeteria (2nd floor) are rude!! The lady serving the breakfast is rude and treat people like we are bothering her! No greeting, no words. Plain dry and rude..! Potatoes were very hard and old, I asked her to please give me something better, and she looked at me rudely and changed my food. Ladies at the register have a dry personality and didn't greet us either. In my opinion they need to hire people with better manners and compassion to public. They don't know what us parents are going thru.!!!!

Terrible service no urgency at all doctors, nurses take there time and my son was running almost 102 degree temp and got to children’s hospital at 930 left at 2am still no room awful my son is still not feeling good tired of waiting. All the doctors and nurses all self centered punks. Terrible service sad all these top ratings scam. It’s a shame.

Second time here at Children's. First time, ER gave my grandson another child's medication. I had to fight to stay in the room even though it's clearly written in their handbooks. Now two years later, we are here with my granddaughter. I left a note at the Central Family space asking to reserve two cots for my youngest daughter and myself. I said that the parents of the baby would be staying in the baby's room. She told me that my daughter and me would have to leave the hospital! I am from out of state with no car. I to... read more
