This was the worst experience ever. I'm father of a 3 year old and this MEXICAN LADY WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! She hollered at me instead of talking like she had sense, and very dismissive to my concerns .WE BLACK FATHER'S LOVE OUR CHILDREN TOO...your clinic need to do better than this
If I could give zero stars, I would. To begin, the triage nurse didn’t say anything to my husband and I during the entire “check-in” process, but complained to my newborn about her “temper.” (She undressed my baby for an exam and wrapped her in a hospital blanket after she had just woken up from a nap. Also, she’s a newborn baby; what baby doesn’t cry?) Porque es tan difícil conseguir una cita la máquina nunca escucha ni entiende y cuando porfin alguien te contesta te dice que tienes que llamar a otro numero llamas y resulta que te transfieren de nuevo al número donde supuestamente no se encargan de dar citas nombre es frustrante de verdad pareciera que juegan con nosotros
Since my first child, they have gone down Hill dramatically. The nurses don't even want to help you check in. The doctors don't even get my children's names. Right and he's been going there for 3 years.. My children have been sick for Uber a month and I keep going back. Letting them know my child is sick. Both of them are one of them. Can't even drink her formula because she's so sick. And they keep sending me back home they are horrible. The service is terrible. The doctors are impersonal. Everyone is wonderful. My son has been going to the Childrens since birth. We have always been well taken care, very attentive to his needs and always explained everything.
