Arkansas catering is GREAT. Fully recommend for anyone. We used them for our 175 person wedding and are very, very happy with their service. Good prices, they came on time, everything worked like a charm there wasn't a single issue and the food was really good! Not only that, but they took us on with short notice because our catererer had dropped us 5 weeks before the wedding, and Chef Schilleci stepped right in and saved the day! We're grateful and they made the wedding so much better and easier for us!

Chef Wayne, is a star he is such a professional while still approachable. His culinary work is truly inspired. His dishes were a real hit with my Church and they can't stop talking about the food. Thank you so much Paul

Attended a wedding where Chef Wayne catered the reception. Not only was the food delicious and fresh, he and his crew handled everything with care and were very friendly. Recommend!
