Poor quality flooring. When I attempted to make a warranty claim, the retailer lied repeatedly about the process. Finally, when the retailer sent someone out to take pictures of the flooring, that guy stole $300 and the claim was still not filed. Terrible product, terrible installation, terrible customer service.
