Me and my wife have had their dental insurance for over a year and every single month the payments won’t process or something happens causing our plans to get cancelled multiple times. My wife talks to the same customer service representative every month I’ve listened to him telling us everything will get fixed and be fine yet we’ve had to wait months and months for our plans to reset when it’s always a problem on their end.
