I have had the pleasure of meeting with almost everyone in this office. Everyone is so pleasant and understanding and most important KNOWLEDGEABLE! Insurance is complex and having someone you trust to help you make decisions and navigate the maze of insurance helps.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ms. Mona Morehead was the agent who assisted me and she was GREAT! Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and seamlessly helped me get full coverage for both my daughter and I. Great way to start 2026!
This year was very rough with an ankle and elbow injury that I was initially self paying for through both of my surgeries earlier this year and after enough medical bills I stopped procrastinating and went to Arkansas blue where I set up a full health benefits plan that even included dental that starts Jan 1st next year. Me and my wife saw Kanin Copeland to compare health insurance plans and they were incredibly helpful! They were very friendly and insightful, and they were great at explaining things in simple but accurate terms for us. They were also very LGBTQ-friendly and friendly towards people with intellectual disabilities like me (I'm autistic). Altogether it was a 10/10 experience and I'd suggest Kanin to anyone
