Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental is a complete joke. I decided that I would change my dental coverage if they would waive my 6 month waiting period because of my continuous coverage with my other provider. They won't tell me that they'll waive my waiting period until I've CANCELLED MY CURRENT COVERAGE. Are you kidding me.
