November 2024 I had solar panels installed on a granny flat. There has been no solar credits paid on tenants account- 9 months now. On 5th August I phoned to sort this problem was told "will look into it" tried to contact 1komma5 again on the 8th Aug and line was cut off TWICE. I really can't recommend ikomma5's service.
I recently had a fantastic experience with 1KOMMA5 & couldn't be happier with the quality of service they provided! From start to finish, Sam, Corey Amanda & Matthew, all the team were great to work with, courteous & professional. We're really happy with our new solar battery system & have no hesitation in referring 1KOMMA5 for your solar needs.
Not impressed with the loonng wait to have our battery connected, can’t get through to anyone by phone you have to listen to 3-4 minutes of recorded messages then they just hang up and say ring back later, very unprofessional.
The whole process was pretty daunting to begin with. I understood that there are a lot of solar companies out there some good some bad! It's just a fact of life. We found that 1Komma5 was the best for a number of reasons. They actually sent someone out to actually look at our current situation and help us to understand how to utilize the government rebate to the best for our future.
