It has been a great experience. I previously contacted another company last year but they did not follow up, even after prompted three times, which resulted in lost of last year's QLD gov solar subsidy. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and responsive staff throughout every step of the process. From making the initial contact about a solar and battery system, sales and design, installation and after installation. 2 weeks on from the system being inspected and connected, we couldn't be happier. The design of the system meets our needs based on how we consume energy and is performing as expected.
Great experience from start to finish. The sales person visited us to chat about what we wanted from a solar battery and was able to tailor the installation to our needs. We were kept informed of progress via email. The installers were friendly and professional and had the job done in 4 hours. I definitely recommend 1KOMMA5
