Mr. Empel has been an incredible lawyer after I got arrested under a fabricated CRIMINAL CHARGE on Jan 30 2022 that my ex landlord placed on me to evict me from the property. I refused their increase in rent in the amount of $200 and by Ontario law they can only increase by 1.2% at that time which is $12 on a $1000 rent.
