I had a blow out on a trailer with 2 more tires not in good shape. I found Arkadelphia Tire on the web, and even though I was about 30 miles from his shop, he was able to take care of my tire needs. He replaced all 4 tires, very reasonable and in a timely manner. And this was about 7pm on a Saturday evening. I had a great experience with Arkadelphia Tire.
I had to rush to malvern because of a sudden death in my family. My truck started riding funny as i got closer to town. The next day upon investigating. I discovered a tire started seperating. I went to walmart. And they couldnt help. But, the guy said there was a shop somewhere in Arkadelphia. I googled shops and found this one. They had my size, and it was a good price. So, i took off. I am not disparaging Arkadelphia; however, I do take issue with the tire shop I had the misfortune of dealing with. While driving 75 miles per hour in the left lane, I experienced a tire blowout, necessitating a swift exit. ARDOT personnel arrived, and although the older gentleman yelled at me while I was on the phone with my mother, the younger gentleman assisted me in pulling my vehicle into a nearby truck stop. Joe and his sons are amazing! Quick, friendly and amazing service. Best tire shop in the area!!
Got a flat along the highway on the way back into Texas late on a Sunday. Managed to get the wheel off and get there about 30 minutes before they closed, and they got the old tire off, a new-to-us tire on and balanced, and we were good to go within 15-20 minutes of arriving. Fantastic service, quick and efficient. Thank you for saving our trip home!
