I have been going here for going on 2 years. I have seen Dr. Emily Moore each time I have went and her nurse Darlene. Every time I go in I have concerns, tell her all of my symptoms, and I always leave feeling taken care of better than I have anywhere else. I’ve never left feeling like she didn’t believe me or did not do the best for my interest. All of my previous doctors never took a deeper look into my health like she has. I have had nothing but great help and direction here. Dr. Mitchell and her staff are top shelf all the way. I am super pleased with the care I am receiving.
I have only been there once but they want to dismiss the patient's complaints with there own unfounded ideas so you take an unrelated test you pay for only to get negative results like you knew you would, I've been going through this for 4 months with other providers and almost died as result of non treatment by health care people. My only comment is you rarely see a doctor. Most visits are with APN's. **Added to my original review on January 12, 2021.** I've been going there for a year now. I was yelled at by Heard when I called to request a letter. Accused of wanting to commit a fraud. ( That's libel per se in Arkansas) Th She seems to have bad days and you are the punching bag. I'm leaving and finding another doctor. I'm sorry but I no longer recommend anyone going there. One of the doctors told me I didn't have neuropathy and it was just a racket. ... read more
