I recently visited Arkaba Medical Centre for an iron infusion and had a very positive experience. Although the centre was quite busy, I was seen within five minutes of my appointment time — which was a pleasant and rare surprise. Dr Clare M was thorough, professional, and very approachable during the pre-infusion check. Very happy with the doctors at the centre, Dr Christopher Le is very proactive in supporting me to maintain my health and the reception staff are always accommodating when I need to get in especially in an emergency. I do like the Saturday and Sunday availability. The centre is always clean. I do like that they charge a gap as I don't have to wait months for an appointment. Dr Raphael Ng has been our family GP for many years. He is a very patient and knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He never rushes appointments and explains medical issues clearly and thoughtfully. He also speaks fluent Mandarin, which makes communication much easier and more comfortable for us. Plus, the clinic is neat and cosy.
Only been to this clinic a few times so far as been hunting for good GP for a few years. For my personal experience, it is pretty good so far. Very good one stop shop clinic for family with all age members. They also provides very convenient iron infusion consultation/services to the public. I would recommend it to my family and friends. 👍
Incredible experience and worth the drive from Athelstone. Had an iron infusion and I’m not good with needles but Dr Clare MacKillop was incredibly gentle and the nurse (didn’t get her name) was so lovely. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Amazing!
