I am always greeted with a smile and kept well-informed of any government, practice changes, or policy updates. When making appointments by phone, the team’s manner is consistently warm and reassuring. Recently, I called to have some results emailed and had difficulty receiving them. This was my first attendance at the Arkaba Medical Centre. A very friendly greeting, promptly welcomed and then directed to water for my husky voice. My doctor was on time, made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. Came away with all my questions answered.
Receptionist were most welcoming to me, a new patient. Medical staff, Dr. and treatment nurse were very attentive to my needs, making sure I was aware of any or many reactions I may experience from the treatment I was to have. Treatment information was reiterated and proceeded efficiently by the nurse, taking constant observations. The Dr.entered to check the procedure was proceeding without a 'hitch'. An excellent Medical Centre.
This has been my medical clinic for the last 20 years and I am extremely happy. Front desk service is very professional and they always have a smiley face. My doctor who I have only had for the past 18 months is excellent. She takes the time to listen and offer advice. Thank you.
