I’m have been going to this practice for 30 years. The GPs are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The nursing staff are also very helpful and professional as are the administrative staff. The find making an appointment easy with the online booking system or by phone. Urgent appointments are available. I cannot recommend AMC enough. Very grateful for the care over many years.
Receptionist were most welcoming to me, a new patient. Medical staff, Dr. and treatment nurse were very attentive to my needs, making sure I was aware of any or many reactions I may experience from the treatment I was to have. Treatment information was reiterated and proceeded efficiently by the nurse, taking constant observations. The Dr.entered to check the procedure was proceeding without a 'hitch'. An excellent Medical Centre.
Arkaba Medical Centre is hands down the best practice we’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff are warm, friendly, and always go above and beyond to help. Our baby sees Dr Chris Moy who is outstanding, but when he isn’t available the reception staff manage to fit him in with someone else and all other doctors we’ve had have been extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. Large modern professional clinic. Note that there are quite large gap fees. They take new patients. There is a fair sized car park and pathology collection nearby.
I called the clinic to ask about having a sebaceous cyst removed and was told that a GP there could perform the procedure, or if it was more complex, they could provide a referral to a dermatologist. Based on that advice, I booked an appointment following a recent check-up I’d already had at another clinic. When I arrived, the GP informed me that the procedure couldn’t be done there and that I should have booked directly through Dermadocs — no referral was needed.
