I’ve been with Arkaba MC for many years. My own doctor was unfortunately unwell but she personally contacted the clinic to find the earliest emergency appointment available for me. The doctor I saw was wonderful - he went above and beyond, showing much care and was very thorough; and did not make me feel rushed through even though I am sure I caused him to go overtime. I’m very grateful to the doctors today and Arkaba MC.

Dr Raphael Ng has been our family GP for many years. He is a very patient and knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He never rushes appointments and explains medical issues clearly and thoughtfully. He also speaks fluent Mandarin, which makes communication much easier and more comfortable for us. Plus, the clinic is neat and cosy.

I see Dr Jasoria regularly and, despite my health concerns, enjoy each appointment. Dr Jasoria is an extremely knowledgeable, efficient and ethical health practitioner, who offers sensible advise in a non- judgemental and pleasant fashion. I leave each appointment with issues resolved or further actions implemented, my concerns noted but not minimised, and my mind at rest. I rank Dr Vic most highly among the many doctors I have seen in my time.

Only been to this clinic a few times so far as been hunting for good GP for a few years. For my personal experience, it is pretty good so far. Very good one stop shop clinic for family with all age members. They also provides very convenient iron infusion consultation/services to the public. I would recommend it to my family and friends. 👍

I see a regular GP here, many of the long term senior practitioners aren't taking new patients. The concierge staff are friendly and approachable. This is not a bulk billing clinic
