Arkaba Medical Centre is hands down the best practice we’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff are warm, friendly, and always go above and beyond to help. Our baby sees Dr Chris Moy who is outstanding, but when he isn’t available the reception staff manage to fit him in with someone else and all other doctors we’ve had have been extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. We’ve been coming here since I was pregnant, and have continued after our baby was born, it’s been a great experience throughout. The two nurses are always so kind and welcoming, and they do such a wonderful job making our baby feel comfortable. We see Dr. Le, who’s fantastic, very friendly, thorough, and always takes the time to offer us clear options and explanations.
Busy practice but staff friendly and informative. My GP is fabulous and sometimes if I can’t get in to see her, there are other GPs who are also good. Been coming here for 20 years - that indicates an Excellent Family Practice!
I took my 95 year old Mother there, and she is not a regular patient there, but it was an urgent situation and the receptionist made a big effort to find a time for my Mother on that afternoon. The waiting area was lovely , well set out and very warm and comfortable with relaxing music playing. The reception staff were very professional and friendly with kind smiles. My recent visit to the doctor took place outdoors due to a respiratory issue, but the consultation was just as thorough as if it had been in the clinic room. I received excellent advice regarding testing, which has since been followed up. Very impressed with the care and professionalism at the clinic.
