Great food, staff and service, we had a great time in the sport's bar area.

The rooms are fine but getting a little bit outdated and the bathrooms are the same. We’ve stayed on the 6th floor in a spa suite and the room was lovely and big but the decor felt “tired”. Some light globes weren’t working and although we were provided with a pod coffee machine there was no way to heat milk or froth the milk. Cups only provided - no mugs. No light in “coffee corner” so very difficult to see whilst making it. There were no instructions on how to operate the tv and as a result it kept turning on every 5 minut... read more
Went to hear former DPP Stephen Pallaras speak upstairs. Really well organised, large bar was open throughout the event.
Booked a space in the sports bar for a quick meal before attending the True Crime event in the Top Room on Wed 27/8. Excellent service, lovely meal of Tempura battered fish.
