I entered into an agreement with Arka Energy for a solar gazebo project and they offered no interest through slice FNBO And we financed with them. WARNING. This is a dishonest company. They took my money and failed to produce anything. One false promise after another and now they completely ghosted me. After requesting my money back they just stopped returning any attempts I made to contact them and have not returned my money.
This is not a serious company. They failed to deliver on any of their promises. They rarely responded to emailed enquiries in a timely fashion. At times, one had the impression of dealing with a scam, especially after they got your money. Not recommended and certainly don't pay anything until you've seen some product. I regret not having done better on due diligence.
Arka Energy caused significant issues during my project, including an installation-related electrical short that damaged over $4,000 worth of electronics Tesla battery; dont know what they are doing. The project also suffered from delays, was supposed to take two weeks and took three months. Poor communication, and lack of accountability; CEO never calls you back or addresses issues.
