Our family have been Ark clients for over 20 years. This is our preferred vet in almost every circumstance. We like the staff. The vets are decent people. They show kindness, knowledge, are alert, respect the behavioural characteristics of each patient and communicate well with owners. Any advice offered is practical and sustainable. They encourage rather than criticise. The follow-up is incredible and the pricing is very reasonable. They never overcharge and help us save money wherever possible.
