Riceball was dealing with a leg infection after a fight with his brother on his inner ankle which took him to start limping for me and my family to start noticing unfortunately, we went to another exotics vet before but they just gave us antibiotics for him which did not help cure it only to slow it down along with no pain relief so poor baby was in constant pain, they also didn't explain fully on what was happening so I had no clue how serious it was. I took my bird, Ted, to see Dr Joe at Ark Vets, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience. When I got Ted back, I noticed that his wing appeared squeezed and damaged. Because I was concerned about his condition, I took him to another vet for a second opinion. The new vet advised me that it appeared someone had tried to squeeze or restrain him, which is extremely concerning. I’m very disappointed and upset by this experience. Urban exotic Vets Dr jade was amazing to my snake drako, I haven’t had such a good experience with a veterinarian before in my life. Very patient and knowledgeable on snakes and great attitude and enthusiasm. Really made my week and helped me learn a lot of things I didn’t know about my baby drako. She’s definitely going to be my number 1 for drakos care. can’t express my gratitude enough.
Dear Management, I cannot thank Angela enough for her service. Her undying love for animals is crystal clear in her work. Her service, friendliness and compassion are all reasons why we this visit will not be our last at Ark. Thank you so much!
The receptionist was able to fit my senior dog in on the day that I called, much appreciated. One of the vet nurses did a quick trim of the fur from under his paws, to help him from slipping when walking.
