Dr Lisa has looked after our family pets for decades. Lisa is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable.
amazing Dr, took great attention and care explaining to me about my cat who had urinary issues. very gentle and thorough. He even asked his student vet nurse to helped me carry my cat carrier back to the car as I was carry my baby. Would definitely recommend the clinic service to anyone!
Ark Veterinary is amazing. Dr Lisa and Dr Gary are brilliant at working out problems with your pets. They love animals and it shows.. The prices are great and they don't try and make you pay for tests that aren't needed like many vets do. By far the best Veterinary we have found.. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else.. Thanks Ark.. x
Great people, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Very good with our cats and big dog, also handles our guinea pig no probs. Nice people, compassionate and caring.
Lied on the phone about a cremation telling me 200 for a standard cremation with felt bag and aluminium box then when I get there they tried to tell me 350 blatantly lieing to get ppl in store to sock them with a bigger charge you can say it was a trainee all u like it clearly wasn't ir they woullda been in the office not left by them selfsame shaving a cat while u delt with customers. Use are liers straight up and now try a give excuses for it
