Dr. Kate Connell was thorough and helpful both during the examination of our cat, and afterwards when she did some important research online to confirm her recommendations, and then called us at home to report her findings that further helped providing care to our cat.
From the technical staff to the doctor, they listened and made me feel like my concerns were valid. They took a lot of time discussing my concerns. A small place, not a corporate office that shuffles animals in and out. They know their stuff.
Good customer service, friendly front desk staff, and Dr. Connell is very knowledgable about felines. Thanks.
