Have been with them for 10 years. Brilliant, would definitely recommend.
Our dog (and us) received the very best care and attention from Vet Gemma and team at Ark before, during and after her op. Our dog is recovering remarkably well thanks to their professional care and empathy.
Staff were brilliant. Sadly our puppy was attacked and had to go in for stitches. We don't live in the area and we're just visiting family. They took us nearly straight away and as my parents have a dog registered with the practice we were allowed to use there account which definitely helped our heads at a horrible time.
Thankful and grateful for the dignity, compassion, professionalism shown on 1/6/24 for our beloved wee dog Pixie who sadly had to cross the Rainbow Bridge. My wife and I are heartbroken but comforted knowing she's not suffering any longer thank you so much
