Great customer service from the front desk and everyone throughout the office. Dr. Ballantyne is professional and very knowledgeable in addition to being kind and understanding. I'm always a challenge as a patient as I am handicapped. The staff at the front desk really go out of their way to assist me with special seating. In fact I haven't met anyone in the office that is anything other than professional and caring. An amazing addition to the Arkansas Valley.
