Made an emergency appointment this morning for my kitten who has a hurt foot and forgot to call back with the credit card for the booking fee which would they would have got when I got there anyway and the lady at the front desk gave my appointment away. For people who supposedly care about animals, they sure didn't care about mine! She could have called back and reminded me or something before giving that appointment away! This is the small town and there supposed to care, they clearly dont!
I just wanted to express heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Tallulie for her extraordinary kindness. She went above and beyond to try to save my mom’s beloved cat. Her compassion was truly inspiring. I deeply appreciate the remarkable kindness she showed my mom.
