Duane and team were incredible to work with and very accommodating to our needs and answered all our questions. The RV was clean and well stocked. We had a great 4 night getaway for our annual trip.
Duane was great to deal with. Helped me with everything, including pick up, drop off and whenever I had any questions regarding the RV during my trip. Will be renting again from him next year.
Our family recently rented Tranquility RV from ARK-TEN for a 14 day long road trip to Ohio and West Virginia. Tracy and Troy were wonderful hosts to work with. They made sure everything was lined up and ready for us when the time of our trip came, and helped us feel at ease about renting someone else's RV. Duane and Greg went above and beyond to fulfill our needs for our trip! Literally pack some clothes, food, drinks and get in the car cause they have got you covered on everything else. Definitely gonna be my go-to from now on when camping in NWA.
Our family recently rented an RV from ARK-TEN, the owners were very helpful and ensured we were educated on the use of the RV.
