Our stay at Williamstown, KY was great. The name Neat Suites is appropriate. The layout of bedrooms and baths gave us privacy and kitchen was wonderful including a refrigerator with ice and filtered water. It made our visit to the nearby Ark Encounter stress free. Thankx so much
Beautifully updated home. Lots of space. Very clean. Everything we needed. Very convenient to The Ark Encounter. Lots of space to hang out with your group. There’s a cute little area with some shoppes to spend a little time. Food is nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two sets of washers and dryers, which was great since we were coming home from a weeks vacations and stopped to experience The Ark Encounter. It was a nice property, clean, well appointed & in a good location. The neighborhood was quiet & safe. The washer does not work which was a big factor for us in choosing a short-term rental rather than a hotel room. With a new and/or fixed washer, I would give it 5 stars.
