Jon and Dan an exceptional duo. Returned home from vacation to find flood water that started in bathroom. Called ARK Restoration as an emergency. Jon and Dan was out within 40 minutes . All other companies couldn't make it until Monday which was unacceptable. These guys came out and did they thing. Jon also assisted with helping me file my homeowner claim. We had an unexpected washer flood in our home, and Art Restoration was truly a lifesaver. They were at our door within 20 minutes of the call and immediately got to work extracting the water and minimizing damage. Dan and Jon were absolutely fabulous—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient as they walked us through every step of the process. We called ARK Restoration and they came quickly with in an hour to review our flood damage in our bedroom and restroom. Dan Glassler and Jon Oberbeck are very experienced and professional. They quickly analyzed the situation and explained the damage and options and started to work on getting rid of water, Etc.
