A 1 star is far too generous. I had a renovation that started in April 2025. I barely even saw Jiovany. He always had other people doing the work and it was terrible work. I had to get another company in to completely fix and finish the work because he just stopped showing up entirely. Always promising and never delivering. He supposedly went into liquidation but he has still been doing work through Rockingham Tiles. Ark Renovations made my life hell.  My bathroom renovation started in July 2025 and was not completed by December 2025.  During this time Jiovany made my life so stressful. The quality of the work was disgusting.  I had to get a builder in to review the work and I was told I would be better to demolish than try to fix. I I don’t know how Ark renovations has 100% rating, possibly fake reviews. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. 6 months later still not finished, paid for a custom kitchen and got a Bunnings kaboodle. That’s just the start of my disgust. I’ll be lodging with the building commission in the coming days. Jiovany has had fair warning and is full of broken promises, under delivers and under performs.
