Very good hospital with good service I have 1 pet now, and had another pet before. He is about 2 years old and he is good. The hospital treats the people nicely with respect and take cares of my pet like their own pets. They are smooth, soft and friendly. Never had any issues and would surely go back soon.
Not good with big dogs. The staff was great and clinic was very clean. We had adopted a pet that was spayed there, so we returned with him. He had some troubles with his ears and needed them looked at and cleaned. The doctor and others did not seem comfortable with working with a larger labrador. In fact, the experience there was so bad with him that we took him to The Brentwood Veterninary Clinic, which definitely has more experience with and is better with larger dogs. They really seem to like my pets! I have taken my dog to this vet for about 3 years now, and have been very happy with the service. In an emergency, they were able to see my dog immediately and treated her quickly, too. I have also recommended them to friends that were looking for a new vet. They seem to be moderately priced but the office is in a good location and is always very clean inside.
The Ark Pet Hospital The Ark Pet Hosptial is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the freeway with a parking lot in front of the place. They have a very nice, clean facility. I needed to have my pet's yearly vaccination done and found this place. They have a very friendly staff and the vets there are quite knowledgeable and friendly as well. I think their fees are average.
Professional and Caring Service The vets at the Ark Pet Hospital are terrific. They provide outstanding service and excellent follow-up. We appreciate the reminders about lab work for our dogs with thyroid problems. Also, our vet was so helpful when our dog was diagosed with osteo sarcoma. She consulted with his vet in Seattle and together, they helped us make the best decision for our 3 year old Golden Retriever based on all the care he had already received. An ideal in pet care I have taken my dog to this veterinary hospital since we adopted her 6 years ago. I have always been pleased with the pleasant, knowledgeable staff and the wonderful care Dr. Hageman has given to my pet. The office is always clean and well kept up in addition to being comfortable and adorable decorated. The prices seem very reasonable and competitive and the office has easy freeway access. PROS: A veterinarian you can trust. CONS: None.
Dr. Hageman is a great vet Dr. Hageman is a very knowledgeable and friendly veterinarian. We have a large dog (Great Dane mix) that she has been seeing for 7 years now and have always been very satisfied with her. She is also experienced with rabbits which has been very helpful for us. The only reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star is that we have not been happy with her office mate. We always make sure that Dr. Hageman is the vet we are booking our appointment with.
RecommendedMy Guinea Pig just needed his first checkup and nail trim today. I waited outside while things were done, they were very informative, polite and fast. Thanks ladies
I've been taking my dog Coal to this location for many years. Dr. Singh Is Great. He's very helpful. and the prices are decent.
