we brought our dog in for a checkup and they kept us waiting for almost an hour in the lobby. the vet seemed rushed and barely paid attention to our concerns just said everything was fine without actually looking. I asked a couple of questions about her diet and she just gave a vague answer. definately not going back here, felt like a waste of time and money

I honestly don’t know why this one doctor was acting rude to me and my grandmother, my dog was scared of the doctor when she was looking at her ears and when she yelped the doctor was screaming “No!” Like a mad woman. She told me that my dog was overweight even though she only 9 pounds and very small and she kept looking at me like I’m the one in the wrong but I didn’t do anything. The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Hageman takes good care of my dogs. She always explains what's going on and makes personal calls for sensitive subjects. I trust her with my best friends.
