The experience was great. Steve, Jeff and Dave worked tirelessly from the time they started until they finished. The job took 4.5 hours and used 2 trucks. I was willing to help in the move as long as I did not get in their way and they allowed me to. I even offered them lunch but they did not want to stop. This was a great moving crew!

From start-to-finish, Ark Moving was wonderful. They were cordial on the phone, during the home assessment and the day of the move. The 3 person team they sent came on time, were pleasant and worked hard. The move-time estimate was correct. If the men took a break, we did not notice (I swear they only took a 15 minute break over a 7 hour move). Their cost was the most reasonable of the 3 Angie's List recommended companies we got estimates from.

Sam from Ark Movers came out for an in-house estimate. After he saw everything we needed moved, he estimated that it will take 2 days. On the first moving day, he arrived with 6 others, and they moved everything in 6 hours, including travel time! They were amazing. They worked fast and efficiently, knew how to take furniture apart and put it back together. They were careful not to damage anything. I contacted Ark Moving and Storage by phone about moving the major items for my son from one apt'mnt to another apartment. I only wanted the big items moved since my family & I could move the small things. The lady on the phone was very courteous & helpful & she was familiar with the apt complex he was moving out of & the one he was moving into. Excellent movers! I have moved several times over the last 10+ yrs and have rarely met a moving company that is honest, punctual, hardworking and thoughtful. Sam was on time with the estimate appointment and gave specific tips/guidelines about what would make moving day smooth. The building we lived in has offices and therefore does not allow elevator use before 5am. I thought the movers would have a problem with this, but they made it so easy for me.
