-5 stars I am writing to express serious concerns about the current state of operations at this facility. It has become clear that a thorough review—and potentially a complete overhaul—of staff is necessary. Residents have been observed wandering off the property, sometimes getting lost or going missing entirely. When addressed & brought back to the facility, the staff has absolutely NO IDEA that someone went missing. If I could give a zero rating I would. The floor in the main sunroom has fallen in and there's mold everywhere, the staff have to resort to buying food for the residents because the owner doesn't care and doesn't provide food, the patients are not well cared for (not showering, basic hygiene). They should be condemned.
Terrible smell. Rooms are dark and dreary. Very few activities . No nurses but aides are very good.
