Called ARK Security at 11 AM and spoke to Mike about getting locks rekeyed for our house. He asked me to take pictures of the different locks (a total of 7) to see what would be required. Mike called back at 4 PM and was at the house at 4:30 PM and rekeyed all the locks to one key. Very professional and courteous with a reasonable price. Would recommend.
Just got a visit from Steven Rowley to program a new key for my car. Super friendly guy, great response time, and very reasonable price for the service. I would definitely recommend them, and will (well, hopefully not need to) use them in the future.
I had Steve Rowley from Ark Lock and Security come unlock my car for me. I was in quite a bind and really needed some help. He is very friendly and kind, someone I appreciate and feel I can trust. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. I will definitely call them again next time I am in a trouble!
