DO NOT RECOMMEND!! JEFF CAME OUT TO FIX A LEAK IN MY WALL BUT TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE A LEAK. LEAK CONTINUED AND AMERICAN HOME SHEILD SENT THEM BACK OUT. The technician just called and was very rude. I will never use them again. Edit: American Home Shield uses this company and that's the ONLY reason they're in business. They intentionally leave their voicemail full and won't answer for anyone. Then they just don't show up to appointments and mark it as the home owner's fault. They do terrible business. Will be filing a complaint with AHS.
Gave them several opportunities to correct their mistakes after being lied to about being a licensed electrician. Then they blocked me. Oh well, lessons learned. Do NOT do business with this hack. And yes, he said he was a licensed electrician as well as a plumber. Jokes on us, he’s not good at either and only licensed as one.
Terrible work done by Jeff Clark. Also the state doesn’t show he is a licensed electrician. He told me to my face he was licensed. The work that was done was not only awful but dangerous.
I would strongly CAUTION others before hiring Jeff Clark, Shannon Leininger, or any company operating under the names Giants Plumbing LLC or Ark La Flow Plumbing. Our family has had multiple negative experiences involving work performed at two separate homes for an elderly family member. During our research, we were unable to locate plumbing or electrical licenses for the companies or individuals listed above through Louisiana licensing records.
