I would not recommend this company. They were sent out by my home warranty company and they flooded my kitchen and laundry room. The man was very rude and blamed the flood on us. After all that the problem still wasn't fixed. We had to get another plumber out to fix the problem.
Jeff & his wife, Shannon, were very professional & installed a new shower valve / faucet combo in our master bathroom. Jeff was very knowledgeable & did an extremely great job! I highly recommend his company & will ask for him by preference in future. Job well done. Thank you again very much
Don't recommend this company AT ALL! This company was sent through my home warranty. He came out for an issue that DID IN FACT cause another issue. He came out and said it was no one home and there was in fact someone home. He claimed he had another job near by, however, my tenant saw him sitting there. 3 days after the job was completed, my tenants started having other issues. I discovered my garbage disposal in my sink was leaking under my sink and on the floor at midnight last night. By 10 o’clock this morning I had a brand new disposal even an upgraded one In-N-Out done. Jeff at Giants plumbing was amazing. I totally recommend them. The service and professionalism are awesome and they actually answer the phone. LOVE IT! Totally recommend.
I would never recommend this company. Their focus was my deductible, not the plumbing issue. Too crooked to scam. So corrupt its obvious.
